We freely give advice on the correct procedures to take when communicating the Government Agencies, so that their queries are resolved as soon as possible.
We provide information on other services and resources available within the Community and direct clients to these agencies such as Budget Advice, Foodbank, Legal Advice etc.
We provide a free advocacy service to ensure clients understand and receive their rights and entitlements.
As your Advocate, we can attend your appointment with you for support.
We assist to fill out forms and explain the meaning of the forms handed out by many Government Agencies.
